Progress report on the ankle:
Ive graduated from wearing the boot to another new air brace approx. 3 weeks ago and have been getting some physical therapy around the same time 2x a week. In this past week, Ive been trying to ween self off of the two crutches onto just one. All in all, things are getting better, although I think I overdid it a bit a week ago Sunday when DH and I did an overnighter in AC and I ended up schlepping and hobbling some distances through Ballys and Caesars in AC. As of today, its been a little over two months time since I took that fateful misstep at my brothers house in MD.
Work is busy. What can you expect when 4 people are doing the work of at least 12, and from what weve been told, things are only going to get busier. In these harsh economic times, we are trying to sell mucho printer hardware (and services) in order to keep our business afloat and stay competitive to boot. Not an easy task, by any conceivable means, but only time will tell.
For now, nothing will make me happier than to get back into my writing with my dear comrades-in-crime and finish up all of the promised art projects that have been sitting on the shelf gathering cobwebs and layers of dust.
